Job Description

Should have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering having 5 to 7 years' experience in Interior Fitout projects in UAE

Should be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Projects and Other related Software,

Should have good communication skills

Relevant Certification in Interior Fitout works is an added plus.

Should have a valid UAE driving license

Requirements:



Hold a diploma in Civil Engineering or higher. Possess 5-8 years of UAE experience and have a comprehensive understanding of local regulations for approvals. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera applications, and have a working knowledge of AutoCAD. Hold a valid UAE driving license. Strong experience in executing fit-out projects, such as retail stores, offices, restaurants, etc. Familiarity with electrical and MEP works. Ability to prepare detailed daily site progress reports for management. Effective communication skills in Hindi and English. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred. Experience in retrofit/refurbishment projects. Capability to build and develop strategic relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Commercially astute and capable of accurately forecasting project requirements.
Able to work effectively within a team-based environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
