The Site Engineer - Civil will be responsible for executing construction activities at the site as per the project plan, specifications, and safety standards. The role requires day-to-day supervision, coordination with subcontractors, quality checks, and ensuring adherence to timelines and technical drawings. Role Overview:

The Site Engineer - Civil will be responsible for executing construction activities at the site as per the project plan, specifications, and safety standards. The role requires day-to-day supervision, coordination with subcontractors, quality checks, and ensuring adherence to timelines and technical drawings. Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Supervision Oversee daily site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications. Monitor work progress, manpower deployment, and material usage. Identify and resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with the Project Engineer/Manager. 2. Quality Control & Safety Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Enforce safety practices and compliance with HSE regulations. Coordinate site inspections with consultants and clients as required. 3. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth site operations. Maintain daily site reports, work logs, and progress records. Communicate progress and challenges to the Project Manager in a timely manner. 4. Material & Resource Planning Monitor material availability and usage to avoid delays or wastage. Verify measurements and quantities on-site for billing and procurement coordination. Qualifications & Skills:

BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree in Civil Engineering. 3-5 years of site experience in civil construction projects in the UAE. Familiarity with site layout, structural works, finishing activities, and quality procedures. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and other site engineering tools. Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Seniority level
