Site Engineer (civil) Native Arabic Speaker

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position in Dubai and a strong understanding of construction standards and regulations in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project quality, safety, and timeline compliance. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to achieve project objectives. Conduct site inspections and prepare daily reports on project status, materials, and equipment used. Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical designs, and local regulations. Identify and resolve on-site technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience in fit out and interior projects
Must be registered in Dubai municipality
1-3 years of experience in a similar role in Dubai. Knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and local laws in Dubai. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
