to manage and oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site construction activities and labor.
Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to guide site execution.
Ensure construction work is in accordance with structural and architectural specifications.
Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
Check materials and work for compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies on-site.
Coordinate site inspections and approvals from clients and consultants.
Identify issues or delays on-site and provide timely solutions.
Maintain inventory of site materials and ensure timely procurement.
Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for site requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 3 years of site engineering experience in civil construction..
Strong understanding of structural and civil drawings.
Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic construction environments.
