Ensure work is executed as per
approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress and prepare
daily/weekly site reports
Ensure compliance with
Sharjah and Dubai Municipality regulations
and safety standards
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Ensure quality control and proper execution of structural and finishing works
Manage manpower and material planning on site
Assist in inspections with consultants and authorities
