Key Responsibilities:
Review and prepare civil & structural drawings
Conduct site inspections and supervise construction works
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulations
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients
Prepare site inspection reports and technical reports
Review shop drawings and material submittals
Assist with DM submissions and approvals
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
2-3 years experience
in UAE
Experience in
villa projects
Knowledge of
DM regulations and procedures
Proficient in AutoCAD
Good communication and coordination skills
UAE Valid Driving License
