Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients for smooth site progress.
Monitor site safety compliance and enforce company HSE standards.
Prepare daily site progress reports, inspections, and documentation.
Conduct material take-offs, quantity verification, and ensure proper materials are used on site.
Assist in resolving technical issues, drawing clarifications, and site instructions.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to authority requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
Dubai Municipality (DM) Registration - MUST
Valid UAE Driving License - MUST
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in construction/fit-out projects
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of local authority regulations & approval processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in interior fit-out, joinery coordination, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret drawings (civil, architectural, MEP).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
