Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced
Civil Site Engineer
to manage and oversee
warehouse construction projects
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial buildings, including RCC, PEB structures, flooring, and site development.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor civil works at the site as per design and specifications.
Supervise structural work including RCC, PEB erection, flooring, and stormwater drainage.
Manage daily site activities and labor deployment efficiently.
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely completion of project milestones.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for project execution.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and maintain documentation.
Interpret civil and structural drawings and resolve technical issues.
Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to BOQ and standards.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of site experience, with at least 2 years in
warehouse or industrial construction
.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site management tools.
Strong knowledge of civil execution, PEB structures, concrete works, and industrial flooring.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work on-site and relocate if required.
