Technical guidance:
Provide technical advice to subcontractors and construction personnel, and ensure work aligns with technical designs and drawings.
Safety and compliance:
Ensure all site activities adhere to safety regulations and are in compliance with building codes and legislation.
Quality assurance:
Oversee the quality of the construction work and ensure materials used match the project's specifications.
Budget and schedule management:
Monitor project progress to ensure it stays within the allocated budget and timeline.
Coordination and communication:
Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other professionals, and prepare site reports.
Problem-solving:
Address and solve technical problems and adapt to setbacks to keep the project on track.
Resource management:
Organize and oversee human and material resources on the construction site.
Surveying:
Conduct site surveys, including setting out, levelling, and surveying the site.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
3 years minimum experience in construction projects
Specialization in concrete/precast/finishes/fit-out as applicable
