We are seeking an experienced and qualified Site Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a strong track record in managing and
executing villa projects
. The ideal candidate will oversee all stages of
villa
renovation & interior fit-out
ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise
villa renovation & interior fit-out
projects from inception to completion.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate handover procedures upon project completion.
Desired candidate will be responsible for the delivery of various mid end to high-end interior fit out and design work for Villa /Residential projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in
villa renovation & interior fit-out project execution in the UAE
.
Strong knowledge of renovation & interior fit-out methods, materials, and quality standards.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and approval processes.
Very Fluent Speaking English & Hindi is must
Salary Offered
: 3,500/- to 4,000/- +Transport & shared accommodation
