Strong knowledge of local regulations, construction standards, and structural systems
Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation
UAE driving license (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure alignment with project specifications and DM requirements
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely progress
Conduct quality checks, site inspections, and follow up on approvals with authorities
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
Resolve on-site issues and propose practical engineering solutions
