Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution.
Interpret construction drawings and ensure work is carried out as per approved plans and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to maintain workflow and quality.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and submit them to project management.
Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at the construction site.
Check and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for the project.
Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
Liaise with consultants, architects, and clients for progress updates and technical clarifications.
Maintain documentation related to site activities, materials, and inspections.
