to oversee the execution of civil works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure the implementation of construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards while coordinating closely with site teams and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil site operations including excavation, formwork, concreting, blockwork, waterproofing, and finishing.
Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to guide site execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labor teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of works.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed in accordance with project schedule and safety protocols.
Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and site documentation.
Raise and follow up on Inspection Requests (IRs) with consultants and ensure approvals are obtained.
Assist in quantity surveying, resource planning, and material reconciliation.
Report deviations or issues on site and coordinate with the project engineer to resolve them.
Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with local authority and company HSE standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
3-5 years of UAE experience
in site execution of high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and technical drawings.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
Familiarity with local regulations, DEWA, DDA/DM processes, and consultant coordination.
