We are seeking a qualified and experienced

Civil Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering aspects of our construction projects, from initial planning to final handover. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all site civil works including structural, architectural, and infrastructure activities. Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Plan, monitor, and control day-to-day construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and site-related issues. Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, method statements, and quality control records. Provide technical guidance and support to the site team and ensure proper implementation of approved designs. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and local authority requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in supervising and managing construction projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction techniques, and safety standards. Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
