We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Site Engineer (Civil)
to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in civil engineering with at least 3 years of hands-on experience working on construction projects in the UAE. A valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor and enforce quality control and safety measures on-site.
Manage materials, labor, and equipment efficiently to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials received, and work progress.
Review and interpret construction drawings and resolve any discrepancies with consultants/architects.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with UAE municipal and regulatory requirements.
Report progress updates to management and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.
Strong knowledge of local construction practices, regulations, and standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
