Site Engineer – Civil Construction (uae Experience Required)
Job Description
Strong Walls Construction LLC is a growing building construction company in the UAE. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer with strong knowledge of building construction projects to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage site construction activities
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
Prepare daily site reports and material requirements
Ensure adherence to UAE construction regulations and standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 2-5 years of UAE experience in building construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
