Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise daily site works for civil and structural activities.


Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.


Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.

2. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and labour for smooth execution of work.


Liaise with consultants/clients for inspections and approvals.


Report daily site progress to the Project Engineer/Manager.

3. Quality Control

Inspect work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.


Maintain records of inspections, tests, and material deliveries.


Identify and resolve technical/site issues promptly.

4. Materials & Resources

Ensure availability of required materials and tools.


Verify and approve material deliveries as per specifications.


Reduce wastage of materials and resources on site.

5. Health & Safety

Ensure site safety compliance and adherence to HSE guidelines.


Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings when necessary.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience:

3-5 years in construction (UAE experience preferred).


Exposure to residential/commercial/infrastructure projects.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and site management.


Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.


Good communication and coordination skills.


Proficiency in MS Office and site management software (AutoCAD preferred).

Other:

UAE driving license is an advantage.


Willing to work at project site locations and in varying weather conditions.
