Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Ensure compliance with project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Liaise with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress on-site.
Monitor materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize site productivity.
Prepare site progress reports and update project management on milestones and challenges.
Identify and resolve any technical issues on-site promptly.
Authorities Submission in Abu Dhabi/Dubai (ABD- DM - DCD - TRAKHESS - DDA ...etc)
Conduct necessary coordination between various design departments such as architects, MEP and QS.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE, preferably on residential, industrial, and/or commercial projects.
Good knowledge of construction methods, site management, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi/UAE construction standards and procedures is preferred.
