Supervise and monitor finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry, ceiling, partitions, joinery, and related activities.
Ensure all construction activities are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely execution of work.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements.
Review project schedules and progress reports, and escalate delays or issues promptly.
Provide technical support and guidance to the site team.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and approvals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and client requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven UAE experience in site supervision with focus on finishing and construction activities.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
UAE Driving License required.
