We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in villa and mosque construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of construction procedures, ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) regulations, and local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage villa and mosque construction sites
Ensure compliance with ADM regulations and construction standards
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
Prepare and verify BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates
Handle day-to-day site activities and project documentation
Manage inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant UAE experience (villa/mosque projects)
Strong knowledge of ADM procedures and construction guidelines
Excellent coordination and communication skills with consultants
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Immediate availability preferred
