Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to design intent.
Monitor and report progress of civil works for substation structures and underground utility pipelines (sewerage, water transmission).
Conduct quality checks and ensure civil works are carried out per project QA/QC procedures.
Manage site documentation, including daily reports, inspection requests, and material submissions.
Assist in preparing method statements, bar bending schedules, and quantity take-offs.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
Resolve technical issues, interface clashes, or design discrepancies with the engineering team.
Support material tracking, delivery follow-up, and resource planning as per construction schedule.
