Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per project schedule and quality standards.
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve site-related issues promptly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and site documentation.
Ensure safety procedures and regulations are strictly followed on site.
Verify the quality of materials and workmanship in accordance with project standards and specifications.
Support in site inspections with consultants and client representatives.
Handle site measurements and quantity surveying as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of experience in civil site execution (preferably within the UAE construction industry).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
Good communication and leadership skills.
