We are seeking an experienced

Site Engineer

to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of construction projects. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and progress. Manage and supervise site workers, ensuring efficient use of resources and addressing any challenges promptly. Oversee the quality control of all work performed on-site, ensuring work is done to the required specifications and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and safety requirements. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, such as site logs, incident reports, and daily progress reports. Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction. Resolve any on-site issues or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a construction site engineering role, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards. Proficient in the use of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
