Job Title

Aluminum Facade & Woodworks Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Engineer specialized in aluminum facades and woodworks to manage coordination between the contractor and the factory, handle quantity take-offs, material delivery, and ensure smooth execution of works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate on a daily basis between the

contractor and the factory

to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and review

quantity take-offs (BOQ)

for aluminum facade and woodworks. Follow up on fabrication processes and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Receive and inspect materials

delivered from the factory, verifying quantities and quality. Coordinate material delivery, installation activities, and site requirements. Prepare, send, and follow up on

official emails and technical correspondence

. Review and coordinate

shop drawings

and material submittals. Attend technical meetings and provide solutions to site-related issues. Monitor progress to ensure compliance with the project schedule and quality standards.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Architectural or related field). Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in aluminum facades and woodworks. Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, glazing, cladding, and woodworks. Experience in quantity take-offs and reading construction drawings. Proficiency in

AutoCAD and MS Excel

. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in email correspondence. Ability to coordinate between multiple parties and work under pressure.
