Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for site engineer and Senior Project Engineer for aluminum fabrication company in Dubai to oversees the planning, execution, and completion of aluminum and facade projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires extensive technical knowledge in aluminium systems, curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and facade installation, as well as strong project management skills.

Project Planning & Coordination

- Prepare and manage detailed project

schedules, ensuring timely coordination among design, procurement,

production, and installation teams.

Technical Responsibilities

- Review and validate shop drawings,

material submittals, and structural calculations to ensure compliance with

project specifications and performance standards.

Site Execution

- Supervise facade installation activities on-site, ensuring

execution as per approved drawings and resolving site-related technical

issues.

Quality Control

- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to

ensure facade works meet required standards and rectify any nonconformities

promptly.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as the main technical point of

contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, addressing queries and

attending progress and coordination meetings.

Invoicing & Payment Follow-up

- Prepare installation progress reports

for proforma invoice submission, coordinate with the accounts team for

invoice submission, and track payment status.

Material Coordination

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and

logistics teams to monitor purchasing, fabrication, and timely delivery of

materials to site.

Design Coordination

- Liaise with the design and technical teams to

accommodate any design changes and ensure updates are communicated

to production to align with client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum

4 years of UAE/GCC experience in aluminium and facade projects

. Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, cladding, glazing, and aluminium fabrication. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
