Site Engineer(DM Approved) Job Location : Dubai , UAE Job Details :

Minimum 3 years Experience in the construction field in UAE.
Warehouse projects experience is a must.
With minimal supervision, Should take full responsibility of the Site ensuring all Civil, MEP, Steel Structure and full project works runs on time and within budget.
Project planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
Liaise with the client and consultant throughout the construction process
Should have capability to handle all Subcontractor making sure their works are done as per our requirement.
Having experience in quantity surveying and AutoCAD
Make all submittals, CVI, RFI, Payment requests, Payment certificate for subcontractors and suppliers, T & C reports, Handing over reports.
Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil / Malyalam needed.
Ability to work independently and take full responsibilty of site.
In-depth knowledge of the Building construction industry
Dealing with government agencies for all inspections, approvals etc.
Pay scale is negotiable depending on experience (3000 to 5000 AED)
Immediately available preferred.
UAE Driving License is mandatory
