Job description QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering
Work experience as Site Engineer or a similar role (fitout experience is a plus).
Vast experience in Gypsum Board Partitions and Ceiling Works
UAE driver\'s license will be an advantage.
Proficiency in Computer-aided drafting (CAD) software.
Ability to work independently as well as in a Team.
Ability to manage tasks as per priorities.
Amazing project management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
Ability to deal with different personalities and remain calm.
A hardworking and detailed-orientated individual.
Ability to work in harsh conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding the construction plan of the project.
Determining the time constraints to complete the job.
Identifying the raw material and manpower required.
Supervising along with the main contractor at the project site.
Managing daily activities on the site.
Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints.
Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.
Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.
Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects.
Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects.
Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required.
Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and Executives (Directly reports to the Managing Director).
Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards.
