The Site Coordinator (Pantry & Hospitality Services) is responsible for overseeing daily pantry operations and hospitality services at the assigned site. This role ensures smooth delivery of refreshments, meeting room setups, and guest services while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The coordinator will supervise pantry staff, manage stock and supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support events/meetings to ensure seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage pantry operations and hospitality services at the site.
Supervise pantry staff, assign duties, and ensure adherence to service standards.
Monitor stock levels, place supply orders, and control wastage.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in pantry and hospitality areas.
Coordinate meeting room arrangements and guest services as required.
Address staff or client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Prepare periodic reports on consumption, costs, and service performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum 05 years' experience in managing pantry & hospitality services in a major Facility Management & soft service environment.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently.
