Plan, Organize, and direct activities concerned with the site.
Ensure the work scope is well defined.
Monitoring site activities.
Manage projects of Villas and Townhouses independently
Managing both internal and external risks within the project lifetime, such as poor planning designs, and government policies, which directly or indirectly affect the project.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience in site execution within the UAE (preferably with DDA / DM or master developer projects).
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Good understanding of civil works such as concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, etc.
Basic knowledge of authority standards (DDA, DM, DEWA, RTA) preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under supervision and learn project procedures.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately or within short notice
Valid UAE driving license (advantage, not mandatory).
Positive attitude, hardworking, and eager to grow within the company.
