Abu Al-Naga Contracting Company is seeking a qualified

Site Civil Engineer

with at least

8 years of experience

in building construction projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating with all project stakeholders to deliver timely and cost-effective results.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage civil works at the building construction site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings and ensure accurate implementation. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress on-site. Monitor work quality and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Maintain daily records, prepare site reports, and update project progress. Resolve technical and operational issues on-site efficiently and professionally. Verify materials, workmanship, and finished construction work meet design and quality standards. Attend coordination meetings and support project planning and execution efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum

8 years of experience

in

building construction projects

, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of structural and architectural systems, as well as finishing works. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction software. Solid understanding of Dubai Municipality and other relevant authority regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and deliver results on time.
