We are seeking a (Civil Engineer - Consultancy Supervision) with 7 - 10 Years of Experience in Consultancy Companies to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning & Coordination:
Review project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
Review and interpret technical drawings, and project specifications.
Coordinate between the design and construction teams to align the Construction Activities with project specifications.
Construction Supervision:
Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Conduct inspections materials, equipment, and construction / installation activities on site to verify work the compliance with safety and building codes.
Resolve on-site construction issues and provide technical guidance.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, material deliveries, and change orders.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the managers and clients.
Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
review the Construction methodology, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals and ensure it is conformance with the contract documents and applicable standards
review, respond and initiate the project correspondences including letter, site instruction .. etc
review weekly and monthly reports presented by Contractor.
Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment, and construction / installation activities on site Checks the preparation of foundations, reinforcements, etc.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
Facilitate meetings to review project milestones, resolve conflicts, and update stakeholders.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
Promote a culture of safety and participate in safety audits.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Engineering Consultancy Experience in Supervising Building Construction
in Dubai is a MUST.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to supervise multiple sites simultaneously.
