Overview

Daily management and coordination of all activities at the mine. Communication between on-site employees and senior management. Reporting to DOO (Director of Operations) and MD (managing director). Planning of work tasks and staff rotation in collaboration with DOO. Interviewing, hiring and firing employees. Daily registration of work sheets, production figures, etc.

Job Requirements
Documented experience from a similar position - preferably from mining, industry or offshore. Qualified mining or civil engineer, machinist or other craftsman background. We are looking for an employee who is used to working purposefully with production figures and thrives in a dynamic working environment where the pace can be high, without compromising on safety, quality or collaboration. Experience with personnel management, safety and operations. Ability to work independently and take responsibility and the desire to lead in a dynamic team.
