Federal Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced
Site Architectural Technical Engineer
to oversee site activities in high-end residential and hotel building projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality control, compliance with project specifications, and manage architectural design implementation on-site.
Key Responsibilities
:
Manage architectural site operations, ensuring designs are executed accurately.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Oversee technical inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Manage timelines and provide solutions for architectural challenges.
Requirements
:
Minimum
15 years total experience
&
minimum 8 year experience
in Dubai as Consultant Technical Site Architect in Residential / Hotel Buildings.
Strong knowledge of architectural standards and Dubai building regulation
Experience working in a Consulting or Contracting Firm.
