Key Responsibilities
Prepare
LPOs
, invoices, and payment follow-ups
Maintain and reconcile
petty cash
, site expenses, and payment vouchers
Support the project team with documentation, timesheets, and site records
Assist in project-related procurement and supplier coordination
Maintain proper filing of financial and project documents
Prepare daily/weekly expense statements and submit reports to head office
Coordinate with accounts and admin departments for smooth workflow
Assist in site office administrative duties as required
Requirements
2-4 years UAE experience in
site-based accounts or project accounting
Knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) -- accounting software knowledge preferred
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to multitask and work independently at the project site
