Role Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Site Accountant

with strong expertise in

cost accounting

for

interior fit-out/building contracting projects

. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in project cost tracking, site-level accounting, and financial reporting specifically within the

hospitality sector

.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control project-related costs at site level. Record daily site expenditures and maintain accurate financial documentation. Prepare cost reports and variance analysis. Collaborate with procurement and project teams to manage budgets and resource allocation. Assist in financial audits and compliance. Ensure proper documentation and tracking of subcontractor and supplier payments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 4-7 years of experience in

site accounting and cost control

within

fit-out/building contracting

.

Hospitality sector

experience is highly preferred. Proficient in

cost tracking software

and MS Excel. Strong understanding of project budgeting, WBS, and resource tracking. Excellent organizational and communication skills. UAE experience is a must.
