We are hiring a
SIRA Certified Patrolling Supervisor
to oversee and coordinate security operations across assigned locations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of SIRA regulations and patrolling procedures.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate patrolling security staff across assigned areas. Ensure guards are following duty schedules and security protocols. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure full compliance. Monitor and report any suspicious activities or incidents. Prepare daily reports and incident logs. Act as the point of contact for clients and management regarding security matters. Ensure all guards are SIRA-compliant and properly trained. Respond quickly to emergencies and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
Valid SIRA Certificate (Supervisor level) - Mandatory
Proven experience in a supervisory role in the security industry. Strong knowledge of patrolling techniques and security protocols. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends. Physically fit and able to handle outdoor patrolling duties. Valid UAE driving licenseBenefits:
