Job Summary
Universal Security Services LLC is hiring a
Patrolling Security Supervisor
to oversee and manage security staff, conduct regular patrols, and ensure compliance with security procedures at multiple sites. The ideal candidate should have at least2 years of experience
in the security or facility management industry and be willing to stay incompany-provided accommodation
.Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of security guards across assigned locations Conduct scheduled and surprise patrols to ensure guards are alert and performing duties correctly Check attendance, uniform, discipline, and performance of security personnel Report incidents, misconducts, or emergencies to management Ensure compliance with SIRA and company security protocols Assist with deployment planning and emergency response coordination Maintain clear records of daily operations, inspections, and site issues
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in security services or facility management Must hold avalid SIRA Supervisor License
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus) Leadership skills and the ability to manage staff effectively Must bewilling to stay in company accommodation

Salary: AED 2,500 - 2,700 per month Free accommodation provided by the company Other benefits as per UAE labor law
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
