Job Description

Experience in production process plant, plant start-up/shut down, process plant monitoring, wellhead surveillance, well testing, EPF, determination of well test rate, and operations/general wellhead first line maintenance

Optimizing the Plant performance and maintaining the production targets. direct actions of the outside operators to ensure continuous safe and efficient operation of the plant

Carry out pig launching and receiving operation on Oil & Gas flow lines from Well- Head & Oil & Gas export lines.

QPD Process comprises production, injection and all related process systems, separator, gas compressor, gas treatment Amine and Glycol regeneration unit and associated utilities.

Sound experience & knowledge of control panels, EPF Well control Panel, logics, process, fire & gas and emergency controls, routine s/up, s/d and critical handling of the systems; high level of understanding of new graphical interfaces for oil and gas Industries, managing Control Room Operations and Field Operations, having control systems like Yogokowa CS3000.

Managing team of Field operators in executing safe operations for Control and supervise of Production facilities and associated utilities.

Actively participated in Hazop activities for the plant modifications and optimization of plant operations /material management/ reviewing operating procedures/ process modification and new project activities.

As a Sr. Operator fully responsible for activities in the Processing Facility carried out under PTW.

Field operation of well pad- wellhead operation. X-mass tree / manifold operation, Flow lines pigging operation, Annulus pressure bleeding, Choke changing, well testing with mobile Test separators and pumps. Chemical injection, first line maintenance of wellhead valves. SIMOPS coordination during drilling, workover. Construction activities in the same field areas.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, State Board of Technical Education. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
