Key Responsibilities:
Digital Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement digital sales strategies aligned with our media portfolio. Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital advertising.
Client Engagement & Solutions:
Manage key client portfolios, providing customized digital signage solutions and consultations to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation:
Identify new business prospects in digital advertising, explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and represent the company at relevant industry events.
Team Development & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in digital sales, media, or advertising (experience in signage is a plus).
Proven track record in closing deals and meeting digital revenue targets.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, programmatic buying, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with the UAE advertising market and digital transformation trends.
