The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital advertising, media planning, and performance-driven sales. This role focuses on expanding our digital presence, nurturing client relationships, and identifying revenue opportunities in the growing outdoor media sector.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Sales Strategy

: Develop and execute digital sales strategies aligned with our media portfolio. Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital advertising.

Client Engagement & Solutions

: Manage key client portfolios, delivering customized digital signage solutions. Provide consultations to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.

Business Growth & Revenue Generation

: Identify new business prospects in the digital advertising space, explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and participate in relevant industry events.

Team Development & Collaboration

: Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Work closely with marketing and technical teams to deliver seamless campaigns.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in digital sales, media, or advertising (experience in signage is a plus). Proven success in closing deals and meeting digital revenue targets. Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, programmatic buying, and performance metrics. Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with the UAE advertising market and digital transformation trends.
