Job Description

Alsafeer is seeking a dedicated and reliable Signboard Technician to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. You'll play a crucial role in the fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair of various types of signboards, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Fabricating signboard components using various materials and techniques. Installing different types of indoor and outdoor signage, including but not limited to: LED signs Acrylic signs Metal signs Banners Wayfinding signage Wiring and connecting electrical components for illuminated signs safely and effectively. Troubleshooting and repairing existing signboards, identifying and resolving electrical or structural issues. Ensuring all installations are completed accurately, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order. Adhering to safety regulations and company procedures. Potentially assisting with site surveys and preparation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Signboard Technician or in a related field. Strong knowledge of different signboard materials, fabrication techniques, and installation methods. Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to the trade. Basic electrical knowledge and the ability to safely wire and connect signage. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good physical condition and the ability to work at heights when necessary.
