What You Can Expect

Over the course of two years, you\'ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You\'ll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.

From day one, you will work on important projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment!

You\'ll be paired with a dedicated mentor who will guide you through immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. This support system is designed to empower you to achieve your unique career goals while fostering meaningful connections with peers and influential business leaders. Additionally, you\'ll gain access to a wealth of resources geared towards cultivating your professional growth.

As part of the program, you will be responsible to perform Sales and Marketing Finance responsibilities in regard to commercial calculations/risk exposures within the Bid-and Acquisition phase for Sub Region ME countries mainly UAE, Iraq, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait with main focus on Lead country UAE and Iraq

How You\'ll Make an Impact

• As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You\'ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
• Supporting Client Managers on contract negotiations, terms & conditions, letter of credit, calculations, and related commercial requirements.
• Signing of Quotations, Order Confirmations and Purchase Orders within Signature Mandate levels
• Managing and coordinating approvals via LOA@ Siemens Energy Tool, raising awareness and ensuring process guidelines are followed, relevant personnel are trained and certified; approving accesses to the tool; providing updates on guideline changes; participate on Co-Ordinator conferencing and training:
• Responsibility for profit calculations for offers, owns EA sheets for this purpose.
• Support to Contract Management with regards to Framework agreements and LTPs.
• Coordinate / prepare presentations for various reviews and analytics.
• Driving the Risk-and Opportunity Management during Bid-stage along with the Client Manager and assigned Project Manager.
• Monitor and maintain credit limits for customers.

What You Bring

• Proficient in IFRS accounting standards and US-GAAP requirements
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-starting and high level of ownership
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment.
• A master\'s degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in Business Administration/ Finance qualification Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
• Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during the program.
