- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university or equivalent
- At least 7 years of operational and leadership experience of a manufacturing or repair facility
- Experience with vacuum furnaces operation, APS & HVOF coating booth operation, CNC programming, Balancing machines, materials evaluations, Siemens Energy quality systems, CMM measurements.
- Familiarity with Siemens Energy EHS systems and processes will be an advantage
- Experience in local commodity purchasing, contract creation, execution.
- Knowledgeable with trouble shooting manufacturing equipment issues.
- Experience working in an organization with a strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of service-related manufacturing equipment
- Experience with Egyptian building codes and environmental processes
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills
- Excellent command of English
- Able to prioritize tasks and to handle workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in handling multiple and diverse tasks
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure in time critical situations
- Critical and adaptable to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups
- Confirmed integrity and high personal standards of behavior
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Planning and execution of equipment maintenance plans in accordance to shop production plans
- Creation of maintenance schedules proactively and ensure implementation
- Ensures minimum stock of strategic equipment spare parts
- Ensures smooth operation of all shop equipment and minimizing the downtime
- Lead maintenance and troubleshooting trainings for the maintenance team
- Collaborate with different teams to support shop operations and workflow
- Lead all related facility external contract negotiations and implementation
- Capex equipment installation and trouble shooting
- Establishing processes to capture environmental waste containment and Egypt code compliance
- Lead optimization of water and power usage
- Lead all business related facility work cell reconfigurations
