Job Role

Manage inventory, customer relationships .
Ensure exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and effectively dealing with customers.
Supervise staff, schedule, and maintain showroom appearance.
Meet revenue targets, and upsell products.
Managing credit customers.
Delegate job roles to staff and ensure efficient operation
Assume full responsibility for the daily operations of the showroom.

Desired candidate profile:-

Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC field.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in inventory management and other computer skills.
Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
Valid driver\'s license is preferred.
Candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
