About us:

We are a leading team of designers in the UAE, official partners of a major developer. We work in one of the newest and most prestigious communities in Dubai (more than 1000 villas). On the basis of our show villa, we hold daily meetings with potential clients - future owners and owners of new homes, to whom we offer premium design projects and design complete turn-key.

Who we are looking for:

A very communicable and charismatic person with strong sales skills who will meet guests in the show villa, present the product, support the client until the transaction and receive a decent commission.

You are our ideal candidate if:

you have a good command of Russian and English (Arabic is a plus); you know how to build customer relations, listen and persuade; you can easily learn to navigate in product presentation (we will provide training); you'd like to earn money, and not just "be there"; have a driver's license -- this is a mandatory condition. We will provide a car, or a fuel compensation if needed.

Your tasks:

Presentation of the show villa and our range of available products to customers; Consultations, assistance in choosing a solution, closing the deal; Maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, working with incoming warm leads (there are many!); Supporting customers at all stages of decision-making; Maintaining a database, easy documentflow, participation in events (if they take place).

Fixed salary of 6,500 AED;

% from each closed deal -- like in real estate (with the difference that we have more leads and fewer competitors); Large flow of incoming clients (warm leads); Full training from the design team; Mobile - at the company's expense; Car and/or fuel compensation / car from the company; Cool atmosphere, strong team and a professional growth!
