• Ensure the maintainability of all existing and new installations as and when required.
• Apply the principles, practices, and processes of AVL technologies.
• Identify and correct chronic and costly equipment problems, eliminate repetitive failure.
• Technical advice to all business unit\'s teams and end users.
• Evaluate, monitor, and advise on an effective and economically justified Preventive or Predictive Maintenance programs together with vendor/manufacturer\'s advice and instructions.
• Ensure proper operation and care of all rides and attractions always including their respective equipment.
• Inspections, adjustments, show control programing, spare parts, replacements, overhauls, and the like, for all rides and attractions.
• Maintain and analyze equipment data and history records to develop and predict maintenance needs.
• On existing assets, perform periodic reviews and develop an upgrade plan for upgrading and/or modification.
• Provide appropriate recommendations on the AVL system upgrades/replace or modification.
• Provide support in reviewing and commenting on AVL technical documentation.

• Educated to a degree level or Related AVL technical qualification.
• Extron AV associate certification
• Q-SYS Level 1
• Dante Level 1 and Level 2
• Medialon control system training certificate
• Knowledge of 7th sense media servers
• CTS certification is a plus
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in the audio-visual industry
• Hands-on installation experience and knowledge of AVoIP technologies.
• Good problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Lua, JavaScript, etc.) Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems preferred.
• Knowledge of networking for AV including VLANs, routing (certification a plus)
• Knowledge of at least one Control System programming environment (Q-SYS Control, Medialon, Alcorn McBride, etc.)
• Knowledge of at least one Audio DSP platform (Q-SYS and Media Metrix preferred)
• Knowledge of the Alterface & Attraktion system is a plus.
• Able to adhere to strict timelines and ability to lift at least 25 kg
• Experience using maintenance management system and working at height
