Job Description
We are seeking a
motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented female professional
to manage our Airbnb short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in property management, guest services, or hospitality, with the ability to handle day-to-day operations efficiently while ensuring a 5-star guest experience.Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily Airbnb operations, including guest communication, check-ins, and check-outs Oversee cleaning schedules, maintenance, and property readiness Handle bookings, calendar management, and pricing optimization Ensure all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally Monitor property performance and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue Maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality
Requirements:
Female candidate only Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Airbnb/short-term rental management or hospitality Strong communication and organizational skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Tech-savvy and familiar with Airbnb platform and property management tools Flexible and reliable with a proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience managing multiple listings Knowledge of local tourism trends and guest expectations Multilingual skills (a plus) Send your cvs
