Rental Specialist - Power
to support its growth in
Qatar
. The role focuses on driving revenue through the rental of
power generators and related equipment
, managing key client accounts, and building strong industry relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in the power rental industry and a deep understanding of client requirements across sectors such as
construction, oil & gas, facilities management
, and
events
.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow rental revenue from national and strategic accounts
Meet or exceed individual rental performance goals aligned with KPIs and sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
Understand and anticipate customer needs and industry trends to provide tailored solutions
Create and manage project plans for rental agreements and service delivery
Prepare accurate rental quotations in line with commercial and pricing strategies
Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless service execution
Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, rental performance, and forecasts
Contribute to the implementation of CRM systems and rental process optimization tools
Support the marketing team in deploying campaigns and promotional initiatives
Represent the company at relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and business ethics
Follow up on payments and outstanding accounts in coordination with the Credit Control department
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in power equipment rental, rental sales, or key account management
In-depth knowledge of power generator systems and technical specifications
Higher education degree or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of the Qatar market; exposure to GCC is an advantage
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications
Willing to travel as required within Qatar and potentially across the GCC
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a broader commercial team.
Willing to work in Qatar.
