Job Description
Prepare and present recommended price list for all short-stay properties on a monthly basis and for special periods for management approval Determine rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals Ensure the company is visible with all the large travel agents, travel portals, booking engines, OTAs, etc. globally. Monitor inventory for bookings, rentals, and renewals Forecast short-stay revenue and how to achieve them - Dubai Tourism Check-in Portal management Be aware of revenue targets and achieve them DTCM Portal Management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
