The Bizmen Group is expanding into the luxury perfume retail sector and is seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Manager to lead our new fragrance outlet in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand from the ground up and be a key player in our retail success.

Position:

Shop Manager (1 Vacancy)
Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the perfume store Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising Handle staff scheduling and performance reviews Coordinate with head office on promotions and reporting Maintain high store standards and compliance with company policies

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of retail management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High level of organization and attention to detail Strong sales and customer service mindset Proficient in handling POS systems and reporting tools Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
